We now have adverts with Airbnb, booking.com and Vrbo. These websites charge approximately  15% of the total booking costs. Booking directly through this website Bayviewsilverdale.com is 15% cheaper. 

This website is hosted by the vacation rental software company Lodgify. After payment bookings are registered immediately, all further payments and reminders are handled automatically. 

Payment Schedule

15% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
